Slice Camembert in half horizontally, place ham, garlic, and herbs between the halves. Wrap in foil and bake for 10–15 minutes at 190 °C. Serve with fresh bread or vegetables.

·         Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Thyme

Wash potatoes, cut into wedges, mix with oil, crushed garlic, salt, and thyme. Bake on a tray for about 30 minutes at 200 °C until golden and crispy.
